• Non-payment
• Misuse of platform

Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

Krupashindu Plant and Machinery for KPM uses WhatsApp Official API and RCS strictly for:

• Order notifications
• Approved promotional communication with user consent

We strictly adhere to Meta Business Messaging Policy and RCS guidelines.

Message Delivery & Compliance Policy
